Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Adatalyze handles, why we handle it, and the choices available to you.
Effective: 26 August 2026
1. Who this policy covers
Adatalyze is a paid-media and measurement consultancy based in Lisbon, Portugal. This policy applies to adatalyze.com, requests submitted to Adatalyze, and Adatalyze software that connects to Google services, including the Google Ads API.
2. Information you provide to us
If you contact Adatalyze or submit an audit request, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, website, role, Google Ads spend range, systems involved, and the problem you want us to review.
Do not send passwords, API credentials, customer exports, or customer-level personal data through the website forms.
3. Website information
The website may temporarily store acquisition context in your browser session so we can understand how an audit request reached the site. Information submitted through a form is sent only when you choose to submit it.
4. Google user data and the Google Ads API
When a user explicitly authorizes an Adatalyze Google integration, Adatalyze may use the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to access Google Ads data that the authorizing Google account is permitted to access.
Depending on the authorized account and the feature being used, this can include Google Ads customer and account identifiers, campaign structure, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, targeting and configuration data, performance metrics, conversion configuration, and reporting data returned by the Google Ads API.
Adatalyze accesses only the Google Ads data needed to provide the feature the user authorized. The current Google Ads Guardian pilot uses Google Ads API access for read-only analysis and does not make changes to Google Ads accounts.
5. How we use Google user data
Google user data is used to authenticate authorized connections, retrieve the Google Ads information needed for the requested service, analyze account and search-term data, identify measurement or paid-media integrity issues, and return findings or operational outputs to the authorized user.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising unrelated to the service, and we do not use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Adatalyze's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Storage and security
OAuth credentials and other secrets are kept in access-controlled secret-management systems rather than exposed in public source code. Google Ads data may be processed or stored in infrastructure used to operate the authorized service when that storage is necessary for the feature.
We use measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, encrypted network transport, secret management, and limiting access to people and systems that need it to operate the service.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, security, communications, or other service providers that help us operate the service, subject to appropriate controls. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, security, or the integrity of the service.
Google Ads information is not disclosed to unrelated third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide an authorized service, maintain security and auditability, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
You can request deletion of information associated with you or an authorized Google integration by contacting growth@adatalyze.com.
9. Revoking Google access
You can revoke an Adatalyze application's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account's third-party connections and permissions. Revocation prevents future access through the revoked authorization. You can also contact us to request that we stop processing data obtained through the integration and delete retained data where applicable.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to receive a portable copy of information you provided. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a privacy request, email growth@adatalyze.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
11. International processing
Service providers used to operate Adatalyze may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy, Google API data, or deletion requests can be sent to growth@adatalyze.com.
