Keep the ad source attached to the lead.
AdzCapture follows GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and source data through landing pages, forms, redirects, WhatsApp and CRM handoffs. It shows where that context is dropped, overwritten or becomes unreliable.
When AdzCapture is worth checking
These symptoms tell us where to start. We verify the cause before recommending a change.
- GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID or UTM data is missing from the CRM.
- Forms, redirects or WhatsApp handoffs drop or overwrite the paid source.
- Different CRM records disagree about where the lead came from.
- Offline conversion setup is blocked because the lead cannot be tied reliably to the ad interaction.
- Google Ads reports leads, but the business cannot reconnect those leads to the original paid source.
What we inspect
Which click identifiers and source fields exist at each step.
Landing pages, forms, redirects and handoffs that can drop or overwrite source data.
How the CRM stores the original acquisition source once the lead exists.
Duplicate records, overwrites and source conflicts.
Whether the identifiers needed for the intended offline conversion path are actually available.
What you get from the audit
A concise set of findings, open questions and recommended changes in priority order.
- Map of the paid-source path from click to CRM.
- Assessment of identifier continuity at each handoff.
- Confirmed points where source data is lost, overwritten or conflicts.
- Priority fix plan for the shortest reliable capture path.
- Recommendation to check AdzJourney or AdzSignal when capture is already working.
What AdzCapture does not cover
- Full GA4 or GTM implementation is outside scope.
- Cross-device identity resolution is outside scope.
- CRM redesign and data-warehouse projects are outside scope.
- Having an identifier in the CRM does not prove Google will match the record.
If a native Google, CRM or analytics feature already solves the problem well, we recommend that path instead of adding another system.
