Send Google clean, meaningful conversion signals.

AdzSignal checks the offline conversions and values you send from the CRM or other first-party systems back to Google Ads. It reviews what each outcome means, whether it can be trusted, whether duplicates or corrections exist and whether the signal is appropriate for reporting or bidding.

Common signs

When AdzSignal is worth checking

These symptoms tell us where to start. We verify the cause before recommending a change.

  • Qualified leads, sales, enrollments or revenue are already sent to Google Ads or are about to be.
  • Different systems or teams disagree about what a qualified lead or sale means.
  • Several Google Ads conversion actions may represent the same underlying outcome.
  • Configured lead values are being treated like revenue even though they are only weights.
  • Refunds, cancellations, corrections or repeated events can distort the value sent back to Google.
Audit scope

What we inspect

01

The business evidence behind each important offline conversion.

02

The exact definition of qualified lead, sale, enrollment, revenue or other outcomes.

03

Duplicate, contradiction, correction and reversal risks.

04

Observed revenue versus configured weights versus outcomes with no monetary value.

05

Whether the identifiers and event data required for the intended Google Ads import are available.

Output

What you get from the audit

A concise set of findings, open questions and recommended changes in priority order.

  • Map of each business outcome and the Google Ads conversion signal tied to it.
  • Recommended policy for which outcomes should be sent to Google.
  • Review of values, duplicates, corrections and reversals.
  • Identifier readiness for the selected path.
  • Implementation plan, with unresolved risks called out.
Scope

What AdzSignal does not cover

  • Building a generic ETL or reverse-ETL pipeline is outside scope.
  • Attribution and bidding management are outside scope.
  • Google accepting an event does not prove it matched or influenced bidding.
  • Events that are useful for reporting but unsafe for optimization should not be used as bidding inputs.

If a native Google, CRM or analytics feature already solves the problem well, we recommend that path instead of adding another system.
